About the Role

We are seeking a Growth & Partnerships Specialist to support the Vice President of Growth in advancing business development, sales, and strategic initiatives. This position is suited for a professional who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to organizational growth. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue, expanding strategic partnerships, and ensuring the effective execution of go-to-market initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Development: Identify, research, and engage prospective partners to establish and strengthen strategic business relationships
  • Sales Enablement: Provide support throughout the sales cycle by developing presentations, proposals, outreach materials, and follow-up communications
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain CRM data, monitor sales opportunities, and ensure timely advancement of prospects
  • Market Research: Track competitor activity, industry trends, and market developments to identify emerging opportunities
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure alignment of go-to-market strategies
  • Reporting & Analysis: Measure and report on business development and sales KPIs, providing insights to guide strategic decisions
  • Strategic Projects: Partner with the Vice President of Growth on high-impact initiatives, pilots, and business development experiments

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or related roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Demonstrated organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics Sales preferred)
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to perform effectively in dynamic and evolving environments
  • Preferred: Prior experience in SaaS, AI, or technology-enabled services sectors
