Position Summary:

We are seeking a Computer Systems Analyst with a strong foundation in system design, deployment, testing, and performance evaluation to support our Isidore production and innovation pipeline. This role supports advanced device validation workflows and involves close collaboration with our hardware, software, and cybersecurity teams. Candidates must be able to operate in a hands-on environment with embedded systems, UNIX/Linux and Windows platforms, and integrated testing frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor system workflows through nine critical production/testing stations.
• Support end-to-end system testing: SD card provisioning, PFED/NID behavior, networking functionality, and management portal validation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot system-level issues and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Maintain and enhance device tracking systems (Excel, Dynamics 365, Cassian) to ensure compliance and traceability.
• Conduct black-side feature validation (Anomaly Detector, Immune Response, Obfuscator).
• Assist in infrastructure configuration and continuous integration testing of Isidore firmware and encryption software.
• Analyze, document, and propose improvements to existing system workflows and integration points.
• Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, firmware versions, test results, and system health.

Production Workflow Involvement:

As part of this role, you will directly support or oversee system validation across the following 9 core production stations:

1. SD Card Cloning & Build Station
   Flash and validate Isidore software images per node/component with proper organization and version control.
2. MAC Address Assignment Station
   Configure MAC addresses via bootloader console (UART) and log into master tracking.
3. Initial PFED Test Station
   Validate internet routing functionality through red/black interfaces using EUD and switch.
4. Data Flow Validation Station
   Confirm throughput, latency, and routing across Isidore layers using tools like iperf3.
5. UART Console Verification Station
   Monitor PFED activity and system stability via live logs across all processors.
6. Management Portal Validation Station
   Access web portal for each node, verify system health, PFED status, MAC config, and uptime.
7. NID/Black-Side Feature Test Station
   Test Anomaly Detector, Obfuscator, and Immune Response features with simulated conditions.
8. Labeling, Branding, Packaging & Shipping Station
   Apply asset labels, prepare shipment kits, and verify completeness of each unit before delivery.
9. Device Tracking & Documentation Station
   Ensure synchronized logs across Excel, Dynamics 365, and Cassian including serials, MACs, firmware versions, topology, and destination.

Qualifications:

• Experience in systems analysis, engineering, or computer operations
• Hands-on experience with Linux/UNIX and Windows operating systems
• Proficiency in network configuration, console access, and embedded system troubleshooting
• Familiarity with tools such as picocom/minicom, iperf3, and web-based management portals
• Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a high-security, hardware-software integrated environment

Education & Clearance Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s or Bachelor's preferred in Computer Science or Engineering)
• U.S. Citizenship required
• All work must be performed onsite
